Step 1: Send us your sketch, artwork, or reference photo. We will quote you a price within 3 business days.

Step 2: If you accept the price quote, we will start prototyping. In this process, we will send you pictures for approval or revision.

Step 3: After you approve the final prototype picture, we will mail it to your doorstep for an in-person review.

Step 4: If you are satisfied with the product (you will be!), you can place an order with a 50% deposit.

Step 5: Once your order is completed, we will send you production samples for a final check. Once you wire us the remaining 50% payment, we will ship the order to you.

Fees and Terms

Sample Fees

* Sample Prototyping Fee: $100-$200 per product based on the size and design.

* Sample Shipping Fee: $50-$100 based on different carriers and transition time.

* Sample Fee Waiver: If you order 2000 pieces and more with ERY, we will refund the Sample Prototyping Fee.

Payment Terms

* We accept bank wire transfer and check.

* Pay a 50% deposit when you issue your order.

* Pay the remaining 50% upon the completion of your order.

Shipping Freight Policies & Fees

* The client is responsible for all shipping freight fees.

* ERY is a US Custom registered importer and affiliated with reputable international freight forwarders.

* ERY provides a courtesy import service with a $100 handling fee per shipment to move your products from our factory to your door.

Testing Fees

* The client is responsible for all safety testing fees.

* ERY is affiliated with certified international labs like ITS, BV and BACL.

* ERY provides a courtesy testing service with a $100 handling fee per testing. We will provide you with a final testing report.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

* ERY signs NDAs to protect the designs of our client.
